The Linchpin Project

South Essex Homes has recently become ‘Founding Sponsors’ of the Linchpin Project. Glenn Ashdown, who has worked with Southend Tenants and Residents Federation for the past 12 years has become a Director of Linchpin. Through being involved with this group, we as residents are able to access a wide range of services, including training in various courses. Linchpin also offer much more, but you can find out what else they can do for us by clicking onto their website on our Events page.This is at the moment a temporary link whilst their website is being updated.
